Terms & Conditions – Permanent Jewelry

By purchasing or receiving a permanent jewelry service from LUXORE’ & Co., you agree to the following terms:

1. Permanency & Wear

Our jewelry is designed to be worn continuously and fused for lasting wear. However, the longevity of your piece depends on your lifestyle, activity level, and care. While our materials are durable, LUXORE & Co. is not responsible for the loss, stretching, or breakage of jewelry after it has been applied.

2. Allergic Reactions

We offer 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and other hypoallergenic materials. However, individual reactions may vary. Clients are responsible for knowing their sensitivities or allergies before receiving a permanent jewelry service. LUXORE & Co. is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from our products.

3. Medical Procedures & Removal

Should you need to remove your jewelry for medical reasons (e.g., MRI, surgery), you may carefully cut it at the jump ring. Re-weld services may be available for a small fee. We are not liable for any jewelry removed due to medical or personal reasons.

4. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide written consent prior to receiving a permanent jewelry service.

5. Repairs & Re-welding

We offer one complimentary reattachment within 14 days of your initial appointment in the case of breakage at the weld point. After that period, repairs and reattachments may incur a fee.

6. No Refunds

Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once the piece has been welded.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking and/or receiving a permanent jewelry service from LUXORE & Co., you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the jewelry and any outcome related to its wear. LUXORE & Co. is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other issues arising from the use or wear of our jewelry.
